These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, reservations, and agreements relating to the rental of accommodations via this website.

 

2. Reservations

A reservation is final upon confirmation by email.

Payment terms are stated during the booking process or in the confirmation.

 

4. Cancellation

Cancellation by the renter must be made in writing. The conditions for refund are described in the refund policy.

 

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss, theft or damage to personal property

• Force majeure situations such as natural disasters, power outages, or government measures

 

6. House Rules

Guests must adhere to the house rules as provided upon arrival or in advance by email.

 

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
