Cancellation by the guest

• Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: full refund

• Cancellation between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 50% refund

Cancellation by us

If we are forced to cancel the reservation, the full amount will be refunded.

No-show

No refund will be given for no-shows without cancellation.

Changes

Changes to reservations are possible in consultation and subject to availability.
